Have you ever rented a DVD at REDBOX? Its cost-effect only a little over a dollar. But you have to remember to take it back or it costs more. If the weather is bad you still have to take it back. Taking it back is INCONVENIENT!
They lure you in with an introductory price. before you know it you are paying over 200.00 a month., 10 times the cost on stream unlimited tv. Then there is cable tv's monthly equipment costs.
There are DVDs on sale in a basket at Walmart for only $5.00. The problem is they are older movies. You have to load them, and that is inconvenient. Steaming is easier.
I have a home theater with over 1000 DVDs. getting them out of the box and loading them in the player has gotten laborious. Now I stream and the DVDs stay in the boxes.
